About us

Hassle-free invoicing, made in Spain

Kullqi was born from a simple idea: complying with Veri*Factu shouldn't mean more admin work for people who already have enough on their plate running their business.

What we do

We built Kullqi for self-employed professionals and small businesses in Spain that need to issue chained electronic invoices, as required by the Spanish Tax Agency's Veri*Factu regulation, without relying on spreadsheets or error-prone manual processes. Every invoice issued in Kullqi is cryptographically linked to the previous one, forming a tamper-proof record that any party can verify: you, your customer or the Tax Agency itself.

Why we exist

E-invoicing rules in Spain are moving fast, and most of the tools available were not designed from the start for the record chaining that Veri*Factu requires. Kullqi was — it's the foundation it was built on from day one, not a patch added later.
